I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially Amanda Henderson, was very polite and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the train station and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was pleasant with good quality food. I will definitely be coming back here for another visit.

While disappointed with the room location, the convenient city center proximity offered a quieter atmosphere compared to other parts of Leicester.
